Burnaby RCMP ask for public assistance in identifying suspect in alleged indecent act

Burnaby RCMP seek the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect and potential witnesses in an alleged indecent act.

The incident occurred on Friday, September 8, 2023, at approximately 1:30 p.m. in a coffee shop in the 4800-block of Kingsway. The victim called police immediately after the incident, however, the suspect was no longer on scene when police arrived.

This incident occurred in a very public place, which is troubling and traumatic to everyone involved, said Corporal Mike Kalanj with Burnaby RCMP. If you can identify the man in the above photos or can provide any information, please contact our investigators.
