Surrey RCMP is updating the public that Meaz Nour-Eldin has been arrested on a Canada-wide warrant, in connection to a kidnapping investigation that began on July 4, 2019. See previous release (2019-09-19).
Through investigation, and with the assistance of the Service de Police de la Ville de Montreal (SPVM) and the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Surrey RCMP Serious Crime Unit (SCU) discovered Nour-Eldin was hiding-out in Montreal.
