The Nanaimo RCMP is continuing their investigation into the disappearance of 22-year-old Sherry Corrigal. Sherry was last seen in mid- September of 2023 in downtown Nanaimo.

Police have been and are continuing to utilize all available resources to locate Sherry, said R/Cst Gary O’Brien of the Nanaimo RCMP.

On Saturday July 27, 2024 friends of Sherry Corrigal conducted a search in rural south Nanaimo. While it is not a police lead search, officers involved with the investigation wwere on site throughout the day to assist where necessary.

Investigators are asking for anyone with information on the whereabouts of Sherry Corrigal to contact them directly and not post to social media outlets. To report information please call the Nanaimo RCMP non-emergency line at 250-754-2345.
