Chetwynd RCMP thank all who helped in the search for a missing child

The Chetwynd RCMP wish to thank everyone who aided in the search for a missing 10-year-old child on Wednesday, June 5, 2023.

To Chetwynd Search and Rescue who walked the trails and bushes, Chetwynd Fire department who worked with RCMP members to knock on countless doors, RCMP helicopter Air 3, RCMP Police Dog Services, RCMP drone operator Brodie, and all the community members, who without hesitation, stopped what they were doing and came out to help search the vast wooded area for this young man.

The quick response allowed for the best possible outcome as the young man was found safe and sound.
