Malevolence to mailbox

On Monday, February 19, 2024, at 1:39 p.m. a frontline Trail and Greater District RCMP officer received a report that a Canada Post community mailbox was damaged after being struck by a vehicle at the corner of Lodden Road and Green Road, in Fruitvale, BC.

The mailbox was damaged after being pushed approximately 20 feet from its location into the bushes. The investigator located front grill pieces belonging to a 2013-2018 Dodge Ram at the scene of the incident. Neighbours believed that the incident occurred in at 12:30 a.m. on Sunday, February 18, 2024.
