Surrey RCMP investigate shots fired in Surrey

Surrey RCMP is currently on scene in the Guilford area of Surrey for a report of shots being fired.

At approximately 18:23 hours on 2024-02-18, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of shots fired in the 15200 block of 101st Avenue. A male suffering from serious injuries was located.

Officers are conducting neighborhood canvassing and speaking with witnesses to obtain further information. The investigation is still in its early stages, but initial indications are that this is an isolated incident.

Anyone with more information, including dash cam footage around the area of 152nd Street and 101 Avenue between 1800 hours and 1900 hours is asked to contact the Surrey RCMP at 604-599-0502 and quote file: 2024-23721.
