Pedestrian safety campaign in Surrey

Surrey - Starting this Thursday, the Surrey RCMP, in partnership with ICBC and the Surrey School District, will be participating in a pedestrian safety campaign to remind students and young people to keep their “heads up” and ear “buds out” when crossing our roadways.

Block Watch Symposium shows strength in numbers

Surrey - This past weekend the Surrey RCMP hosted its second annual Block Watch Symposium at the Sheraton Guildford Hotel for its Block Watch Captains and Co-Captains. The symposium was an opportunity for police to engage with local Block Watches and equip them with the information and tools they need to enhance neighbourhood safety.
