Road closures in effect following serious collision

Road closures are currently in effect as a result of a serious of a motor vehicle collision that occurred in the South Surrey.

On March 31, 2020 shortly before 9:00 am, Surrey RCMP responded to a collision involving two vehicles near the intersection of 152 Street and 44 Avenue. The drivers of both vehicles were seriously injured in the collision and have been transported to the hospital. The driver of one of the vehicles sustained potentially life threatening injuries.

Surrey RCMP’s Collision Investigation Team and the Integrated Collision Analysis Reconstruction Services will be investigating the collision. As such, there will be a road closure in effect on 152 Street between Colebrook Road and 40 Avenue in both directions. These closures are expected to remain in place for several hours.
