Serious pedestrian motor vehicle collision

Surrey RCMP is currently on scene in the 9400 block of 156 Street for a serious collision involving a pedestrian.

On October 6th, 2017 at approximately 7:15pm, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a pedestrian motor vehicle collision in the 9400 block of 156 Street. The male victim was transported to local hospital with serious, potentially life-threatening injuries. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene.

Surrey RCMP’s Traffic Section is currently on scene investigating the matter. The investigation is still in its early stages. Traffic is currently shut down on 156 Street between 93rd Avenue and 94A Avenue for the foreseeable future.
