Surrey RCMP investigate shots fired in Port Kells

Surrey RCMP is currently on scene in the 18700 block of 88 Avenue of Surrey for a report of shots fired.

At approximately 3:07 AM on August 27th, 2017, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a shots fired in the 18700 block of 88th Avenue. Officers attended and located evidence to support that shots had been fired in the area.

Officers are on scene and will conducting neighbourhood canvassing and speaking with witnesses to obtain further information regarding this incident.

The investigation is still in its early stages.
