Deceased male found in vehicle on King George Boulevard

On December 14th at 11:40 am, Surrey RCMP was called after a passerby observed an unresponsive person in a vehicle in the 12800 block of King George Boulevard. Upon arrival officers discovered a deceased adult male and secured the area.
Surrey RCMP’s General Investigation Unit in partnership with the BC Coroners Service, do not suspect foul play after the initial investigation at scene. The BC Coroners Service now has conduct of the matter and will be continuing their investigation into the cause of the sudden death.
King George Boulevard was closed during the examination of the scene and was later opened after the Coroner’s attendance. The Surrey RCMP would like to thank motorists for their patience during the road closure.
