Stabbing incident-13300 Old Yale Road

Surrey RCMP is currently on scene at a residence in the 13300 block of Old Yale Road in Surrey for a report of a stabbing.

On July 14, 2016 at approximately 10:45 PM, Surrey RCMP responded to a report of a stabbing in the 13300 block of Old Yale Road. Upon arrival, officers located a 25 year old male suffering from stab wounds who was being transported to local area hospital in stable condition with non- life threatening injuries.

Initial investigation has revealed that an argument occurred between two individual resulting in stabbing. Officers conducted neighbourhood canvassing and spoke with several witnesses to obtain further information. The investigation is still in its early stages, but initial indications are that this incident involves parties known to each other.
