Langley Street Enforcement Unit (SEU) got luckier than they could hope for when they attended a residence in the 2900 block of 240th Street…

Officers attended the residence on August 4th looking for a 50 year male who was wanted on an arrest warrant. While on the property, they also found a stolen vehicle in the driveway. The vehicle, a 1998 Honda Civic, had been stolen from Surrey earlier that day. The vehicle was seized for return to its owner. Police will continue this investigation and forward charge recommendations at a later date if there is enough evidence to support.

Fortunately, they were also able to locate the male wanted on a warrant for Assault from Abbotsford. He was taken into custody to appear in court.

All in all, a good day for SEU!
