Serious Collision on Saturday in Langley City

Police responded to a serious collision between a Toyota Yaris and a motorcycle on May 6th just after nine o’clock in the evening.

Witnesses advise the southbound Yaris was attempting to turn left from 208 Street onto 56 Avenue. The motorcyclist collided with the rear passenger side door of the Yaris and was thrown approximately fifty feet. The motorcycle operator, a 54 year old Delta man, was taken to hospital with life threatening injuries where he remains in critical condition.

ICARS attended to assist with the investigation. No charges have been laid as of yet and the investigation is ongoing.
