Owen CHARPENTIER Arrested for Outstanding Warrants

The arrest warrants for Owen CHARPENTIER were executed early this morning (February 20th) at a residence on Glover Road.

Police believed CHARPENTIER was hiding in the residence and obtained a warrant to enter and effect his arrest. Officers entered the home shortly after 1:30 a.m. After over an hour of searching, CHARPENTIER was found by the police dog hiding in an enclosed attic annex. He was hidden by insulation material and panels available to him as camouflage.

CHARPENTIER has been taken to court today to answer to his outstanding charges.
