Police seeking witnesses and help to identity assault suspect

Surrey RCMP is appealing to the public for possible witnesses and assistance in identifying the suspect in an assault that occurred on April 17, 2019.
Police are currently investigating a report of an assault that occurred in the intersection of 152 Street and 64 Avenue at approximately 9:30pm. The victim was driving southbound in her white Nissan SUV, waiting in the intersection to turn left, when a dark coloured pick-up truck pulled up behind her and stopped. A male exited the truck on the driver’s side and walked to the open driver's side window of the Nissan and punched the female driver, who was alone in her vehicle. The suspect male then got back into the passenger side of the truck which proceeded to drive southbound on 152 Street.
The suspect is described as Caucasian, approximately 35-36 years old, with a pale/fair complexion, sharp facial features, blonde facial stubble, short hair, and approximately 5'9"-5'10" and 180-190 lbs with a stocky build. At the time of the incident the suspect was wearing a dark blue hoodie and a baseball hat.

Police are releasing a composite sketch of the suspect as well as a photo of the suspect vehicle at the time of the occurrence. The public is requested to call police if they can help to identify this person or witnessed the occurrence.
