Gun Amnesty results to date in Surrey
Surrey- During the first two and half weeks of the month long BC Gun Amnesty, the following weapons were turned in to the Surrey RCMP for safe disposal.
Over 600 guns turned into RCMP during first two weeks of Gun Amnesty
B.C.- The BC Gun Amnesty is well underway. In just passing the halfway point of the program, the RCMP continues to encourage people to contact their local police if they want to dispose of any registered or unregistered weapons.
Police Dog Service
Police Dog Services- The RCMP Police Dog Service teams are trained to not only detect weapons, explosives and narcotics but aid in avalanche search and rescue operations.
